Aljanat Mall: E-commerce & Digital Presence

Challenge

Aljanat Mall needed to convert established retail operations into a robust, revenue-generating online presence without an existing e-commerce foundation to build on.

Strategy

We started with market research and competitive analysis, then planned a fully functional e-commerce platform paired with a coordinated social media, content, and performance marketing program.

Execution

We designed and launched the e-commerce platform, managed social media strategy and content creation, ran performance campaigns, and continuously optimized the experience based on analytics and customer behavior data.

Results

Data-driven targeting increased traffic, engagement, and measurable online sales, establishing a sustainable revenue channel and stronger brand visibility. Growth based on strategy, not chance.

Prestige Press: Premium Brand Identity & Website Launch

Challenge

Prestige Press launched in a crowded printing and packaging market with strong technical capability but no visual identity, no website, and no consistent client-facing materials, making it hard to compete for corporate and institutional clients who vet vendors online.

Strategy

We positioned Prestige Press as more than a printer: a brand’s visual storyteller, built around quality, transparent pricing, and reliability. A navy-and-gold identity system was designed to feel premium yet approachable, speaking equally to large institutions and emerging brands.

Execution

We designed the logo, color system, and a full brand book with usage guidelines, then built and launched a five-page website (prestigepresspk.com) with portfolio, testimonials, and clear quote and WhatsApp conversion paths. We also designed a corporate stationery suite (business cards, letterheads, notebooks, and pens) and produced realistic mockups across awards, ID cards, packaging, and banners, including a full brand launch for Chro.mad.

Results

Delivered exactly what the client asked for: a complete, ready-to-use brand identity (logo, color palette, typography, and a documented brand book for consistent future use), paired with a fully functional website, a finished stationery suite, and client-ready mockups the team now uses to pitch new business before physical production.

Molten Ice Cream: Multi-Branch Brand Identity

Challenge

Molten Ice Cream was expanding into new branches without a consistent visual identity in place. Every location risked looking and feeling like a different business, with inconsistent colors, mismatched signage, and no unified design language across print and digital touchpoints, threatening customer recognition at the exact moment the brand needed to scale confidently.

Strategy

We treated this as a foundation-first project: before designing a single asset, we built the brand’s core identity system, including a color palette, visual tone, and design principles that could travel across every branch, every material, and every platform without losing coherence.

Execution

We developed a distinct brand color palette and visual identity system tailored to the food and dessert category, created a full suite of print collateral for new branch openings (menus, signage, packaging touchpoints, and in-store materials), designed matching digital assets for social media and online platforms, and built branch-ready templates and brand guidelines so future locations could roll out consistent branding without starting from scratch.

Results

A cohesive, recognizable brand identity is now live across all new Molten Ice Cream branches, branch launches run faster with ready-to-use print and digital templates, and unified colors and visual language are driving stronger brand recall across every customer touchpoint.

AT Home Solutions: Website & Digital Operations Build

Challenge

AT Home Solutions offered a full range of cleaning services across the US but had no real digital front door: no website to convert visitors into customers, and no system in place to handle inquiries as they came in, leaving potential customers with nowhere reliable to learn about services, get quotes, or book.

Strategy

We treated this as a full digital operations build rather than a website project alone, covering three layers: a website built to convert visitors into booked jobs, ongoing digital management to keep the brand active and visible, and a live chat and call support layer so no inquiry went unanswered.

Execution

We designed and built a complete website covering the full service range, structured to make quoting and booking simple, set up ongoing management of the brand’s digital presence, implemented live chat to capture and respond to inquiries in real time, and added call handling for customers who preferred to speak directly, all run as one connected workflow rather than separate pieces.

Results

AT Home Solutions now has a professional, service-ready website serving as its primary digital front door, consistent lead capture through both chat and call support, and a fully managed digital presence that runs continuously without gaps in coverage or response time.
